My journey with MetroHealth HMO in the last 7 years has be one on good and fond memory. At the beginning, I was quite skeptical about the operations of HMO in Nigeria so I started with little steps that MetroHealth HMO made steady and sure steps.
Sooner than I started, I realized Metro Health met and exceeded my expectations and migrating to a higher premium plan was all I wanted to do and it was very easy decision to take. The migration itself was seamless.
I had the privilege of also migrating from a Corporate Account to a Private Account while also swapping my Healthcare provider. All this through phone calls and amazingly within days. My family did not suffer any inconvenience of service withdrawal in-between these movements.
What is also truly amazing is the follow up of their team members – calling to find out your experience during visits to the clinics and more importantly to make sure you are in good health and deriving the benefits of their service.
