MetroFlexi is a flexible, standalone, affordable health insurance plan designed to address the basic and primary health care needs of individuals, families, and staff regardless of age. MetroFlexi addresses these basic health needs at a very affordable price.

This affordable health insurance plan is packed full with lots of benefits such as: Access to general practitioner’s consultation, worm infestations, minor eye treatment, urinary tract infection, indigestion, simple heartburns, simple and acute otitis externa and otitis media, routine laboratory tests, optional add-on of telemedicine, and lots more.

However, there are exceptions to the health services covered under MetroFlexi such as; evacuation and ambulance services, radiological investigations, speech disorders etc. These can be accessed when you subscribe to any of our other health plans.

With a token of ₦1,500 per month, or ₦4,500 per quarter, or ₦18,000 per annum, you can get your health and those of your staff, family, and friends insured.

Conditions caused by an act of war, an epidemic or a member participating in a riot
Services primarily for weight reduction or treatment of obesity
Evacuations and ambulance services
Non-medical counselling, nutritional counselling, herbal drugs, food supplements, experimental drugs and treatment
Home care and domiciliary services
Self-inflicted injuries and suicide attempts
Speech disorders
Consultations with unrecognised consultants, hospitals, family doctors, therapists, or complementary medical practitioners
Selective screening /Well person checks
Management of chronic diseases including but not limited to consultation, prescription drugs, and laboratory tests
Any service, treatment, procedure or investigation not listed explicitly as being covered.

Subscription Process and Payment Terms

A subscriber is acknowledged and registered on payment of the initial ₦1,500.
A registered subscriber will be activated on payment of a minimum of ₦4,500 on the 3rd monthly subscription
A subscriber can become activated on initial down payment of ₦4,500. Access to care is subject to a waiting time of not less than one (1) week but commencing in the beginning of a new month.
A member that misses a monthly subscription receives a notification with a warning of possible or impending termination of service. On missing the second month of payment, the member will be on alert for termination of access at the end of the month.
A subscriber that missed any payment must pay the missed subscription and the due subscription together to return to normal subscription.
A subscriber that has been terminated must re-start monthly contribution for a minimum of the (3) months or one-off three (3) months subscription of ₦4500 for access to care
