Senator Olatokunbo Ogunbanjo is a former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria., he represented the Ogun East Senatorial District from June 2003 – June 2007, during which he sat on several Senate Committees, chairing the committee on Local & Foreign debt and vice-chair on several others. He was also the Secretary of the Southern Senators Forum.
Senator Ogunbanjo has a BL from The Nigerian Law School, Lagos 1983 and an LLB (University of Buckingham, London) 1980 – 1982. He is a dynamic professional offering successful leadership in advancing private-sector development, with more than 35 years of experience in Legal Management. Dr. Dapo Majekodunmi

Dr Dapo Majekodunmi is the Medical Director of St. Nicholas Hospital. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1964. He completed his medical training in 1989 from the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital, Nigeria. Following this, he went to the UK to do his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1997.
In 1998 he returned to Nigeria and began working at St Nicholas Hospital as a consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist. In 2000 he was appointed Medical Director of St Nicholas Hospital.
Dapo has attended various management development programmes at the renowned Lagos Business School (in association with the University of Navarra, IESE Spain) and various local and international medical and business conferences. He has over 20 years of international and domestic experience in the health care sector. Dapo is married, and father to four daughters.
Dr. Ebun Ladipo Bamgboye

Dr Ebun Bamgboye is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologists, with a special interest in Nephrology (kidney medicine). He is the head of the dialysis/transplant unit at St Nicholas hospital and the Clinical Director of the hospital.
Dr Bamgboye has been at St Nicholas since February 1998. Over the years, he has developed one of Nigeria’s most prestigious and functional dialysis units, which receives referrals from around the world. He is also the head of the St Nicholas renal transplant unit. The renal transplant unit has been running for 20 years now and was the first unit in Nigeria and the sub-region to perform successful kidney transplants and has performed over 255 transplants to date.
He is responsible for supervising the medical arm of the hospital. As the Clinical Director he has been responsible for developing the hospital staff strength to what it is today. He has also been a major influence in the recent expansion of St. Nicholas Hospital, with the opening of their new clinic SNHC, Victoria Island and SNH Mainland.
Dr Ebun Ladipo Bamgboye is past President of the Nigeria Association of Nephrology and Transplant Association of Nigeria.
Dr Bamgboye despite his extensive clinical work is also involved in academic work, training resident’s doctors from various units and is widely published in various articles in respectable journals and contributed chapters to at least 2 International books. He is also widely sought after as a resource person at various local and international conferences and symposia.
He is the leading authority in Transplant Nephrology in Nigeria and the sub-region.

Prof. (Mrs.) Y. A. Aken’Ova is a fellow, West African College of Physicians F. W. A. C. P (Laboratory Medicine 1988), Fellow of the Nigerian Postgraduate Medical College (Pathology) F. M. C. Path.
She is an external examiner in Haematology at several leading institutions: College of Medicine University of Lagos, Obafemi Awolowo University University of Ilorin, Lagos State University, University of Ghana, and University of Nairobi.
She is a Principal Investigator for President Bush Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), Principal Investigator for African Burkitt’s Lymphoma in UCH, Ibadan, Principal Investigator for Study of the Epidemiology of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in Ibadan funded by the Aboderin Foundation, a former Principal Investigator for the Federal Government Initiative for HIV and a member of the International Network for Cancer Treatment &Research (I. N. C. T. R)
Prof. Aken’Ova has written over 61 publications published in reputable National and International journals.
Mr. Oboden V. Ibru

Oboden Valentine Ibru is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Proton Africa Holding Limited, a group holding company for a power generation and development company. Oboden started his career at Oceanic Bank International in 1990 and went on to become an Executive Director before his departure in 2007. Over the years, he has acquired high-level operational expertise within the Banking Sector. Oboden’s career spans over 27 years of experience in such areas as Corporate Finance, Dredging, and Power Generation.
He currently sits on the Board of Primera MFB and the other IbruFamily owned companies. He has also sat on the boards of Oando Plc, Business Day Media, Aerocontractors Company of Nigeria Limited, to name a few. He holds an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management (IESE) Navarra, Spain, a B.Sc. Finance, and B.Sc. Decision Sciences from the University of San Francisco, California, USA.

Mr. Abubakar has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry during which time he held strategic positions in different Banks. He began his career in Co-operative & Commerce Bank Plc. where he served as an intern under the National Youth Service Corps scheme. He worked at different times in International Merchant Bank, FSB International Bank (former AGM), Fidelity Bank (former GM) and Keystone Bank where he retired as an Executive Director. His banking experience covers areas such as corporate banking, public sector, corporate finance, leasing and treasury. His board experience includes being Director of a number of companies including Global Bank of Liberia, KBL Health Insurance, Unified Payment and Cement Company of Northern Nigeria.
In the course of his career, Mr. Abubakar has attended many courses within and outside Nigeria including the Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School and Wharton Business School among others and has a wide range of experience in Strategy, Leadership & Executive Management, Customer Relations and Management and Corporate Finance, among others.
