Achieving the perfect skin condition.

Today, it is increasingly important to have “flawless” and ”glowing” skin! Having beautiful,

healthy skin is a goal everyone especially women, wants to achieve. Many factors go into

getting healthy skin, and you have to pay attention to the following to achieve “glowing” and

“flawless” skin.

Easy steps to achieve a healthy skin:

WASH YOUR FACE

Wash your face gently with warm water and a mild cleanser.

GET MORE SLEEP

“Beauty Sleep” is a real thing. Experts recommend 7 to 9 hours of sleep daily, as sleep

restores, rejuvenates, and repairs the body.

LIMIT MAKEUP & WASH YOUR BRUSHES

Do not use too many products, which may result in breakouts and clogged pores. Wash your

makeup brushes regularly. Remember to wash off your makeup before bed.

MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET (EAT ANTIOXIDANT-RICH FOODS)

A healthy diet will improve your overall health and the health of your skin. A diet filled with

fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins will have your skin looking its best.

EXERCISE REGULARLY

Exercise helps increase blood flow which draws oxygen to the skin and free radicals away

from the skin. Exercise also helps decrease stress and improve sleep quality. Make sure to

wash your face after sweaty workouts.

USE A MOISTURIZER

Moisturize after a shower and just before bedtime. Proper moisturizing helps prevent dry,

flaky skin and keeps skin cells performing at their best.

DRINK WATER

Drinking water feeds the skin from within. It flushes toxins, improves skin elasticity,

moisturizes, and reduces wrinkles. Adults are encouraged to drink at least eight glasses per

day.

SUN PROTECTION

Limit excessive sun exposure. Sunscreens provide essential protection from the sun’s

harmful rays and should be worn at all times. Wear protective clothing to limit sun exposure

e.g. Sunglasses, hats, etc.
