My name is Akinwole Ayodeji from Eko Electricity Distribution Company with staff ID of 14907. I am glad to commend Metro Health for the good customer service they have delivered since I enrolled with them. They have been of great help in terms of the medical advice and the resolution of some issues I had with my hospital some time ago.

Though the issue I had with my hospital was a difficult one, when I stated my grievances, MetroHealth dealt with it professionally, even when it involved using another hospital for my wife’s childbirth due to the inefficiency of my hospital. I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded all the expenses we incurred during this period and even when my wife finally gave birth in a different hospital.

I really recommend Metro Health to my colleagues because you have very good customer centric behavior towards your members.
