Ever since my husband’s company changed to Metro Health HMO, I began to enjoy the services of a HMO.
Metro Health, very importantly, states the services offered to all levels of their clients. They make sure that both the Rich and the poor have access to basic health care.
They check up on their clients to make sure they are well taken care of by the hospitals.

Their customer service representatives are very polite and respond respectfully even if you are not qualified for a particular service.
I was amazed when I accidentally called a different account officer and he gave me the needed attention and information without referring me back to my account officer.
